With a background in outdoor recreation and formal training in the healing arts, I blend science, nature, and spirit in my unique approach to wellness. I’m currently studying at Northern Michigan University while developing BioAlchemy—a sensory-based method of healing that bridges ancient wisdom and modern science. This space, Embodied Energetics, marks the beginning of this new chapter, and I’m so excited to bring it to life. As a licensed member of the Professional Wellness Alliance, I offer holistic healing services rooted in nervous system regulation, sound healing, somatic awareness, and deep presence. After years of nomadic living, I’m now planting roots in Marquette, MI, where I’m building a practice—and a community—full of heart.
