Hi! I’m Addi Love—creator, connector, and wildly curious human. ✨

I’ve spent the past few years road-tripping solo in my van, living close to the land and far from convention. That chapter taught me a lot about freedom, presence, and what it really means to heal. It led me into the world of somatics, nervous system regulation, and creative embodiment—tools that have deeply changed my life and that I now get to share with others.

These days, I’m based in Marquette, MI working toward an Interdisciplinary Studies degree with a focus on neuroscience and the arts. I'm passionate about bridging science and spirit in a way that feels accessible, embodied, and real.

I’m here to hold space—for your healing, your questions, your becoming. I’m here to support you in reconnecting to your own body’s wisdom, in your own time, in your own way. Together, we can slow down, get curious, and remember who you’ve always been. 🌿

What is Embodiment?

em·bod·i·ment

Embodiment is a feeling of trust within self. It is a grounding down into who we are, a surrendering to our soul. It is where our energy comes back down to earth and into our body, where we can feel the range of freedom we have as humans. Where we can move, flow, breathe, and feel just a bit easier. It is being connected to our passions, to our fire, our drive, our goals. Our wants desires, and needs are crucial in our switch from survival mode to truly living, truly feeling in alignment with ourselves. Embodiment can be felt in moments of time and can be relived over and over again. This is what we want you to tap into, because once you know how it feels, you have the opened the door, and you will always have the keys to access it.

Energetics references the energy of any organic system. Bioelectricity is the field of study that describes the relationship between elctricity and the human body. Our nerve plexuses (chakras) communicate to our brain via electrical impoules. Bioenergetics and Bioelectricity aim to understand this natural phenomena. You are a circut, full of positive and negative ions and charges. Everything vibrates, and everything has a frequency. These charges and frequencies are broken down to a structural, molecular level, and as the universe responds to beliefs, so do we. Manifestiation, karma, attraction, these are laws of the universe. But they are not just some made up thing, they are based in the understanding of physics. Quantum entaglement explains the spiritual idea of interconnectivity and attraction. Nothing is seperate. We are all apart of a much bigger whole, an energetic system.

And we are here to embody this.

PWA LICENSED MEMBER - HOLISTIC & SPIRITUAL WELLNESS PRACTITIONER

After 6 months of massage school at Irene's Myomassology Institute, I decided to carve my own path into the healing arts world. While in school there I was taking an assortment of other classes and am still working towards more certifications. Through personal experiences and my own healing journey I have gained a lot of tools, and the certifications are here to back that up. This is the way the world works :)

2025

michigan

Van life led me to a deeper connection with self and gave me incredible insights on who I am and what I want to do. In September of 2024 I decided I needed to come home and create a stable foundation for myself to build from. It's hard to create anything sustainable when you're constantly on the move. The fleeting free lifestyle I was accustomed to no longer served me, and I knew the direction I was heading, so I came back to Michigan to do school and launch a business, and now here we are :)

2023-2024

out west

As a full time van-lifer, I spent my time exploring the desert, mountains, and west coast. My days were filled with hiking to alpine lakes, doing art in the desert, dancing in fields, and soaking up the solitude of secluded campsites. My van was set up to be completely off grid, so I would spend anywhere from a few days to a few weeks at a time at the same spot. The lush forests and drab desert kept me company until I found a  community of nomads just like me.

2022-2023

colorado

After the summer of my first year in college I went to Colorado and worked as a whitewater rafting guide. This experience expanded my perspective on what was possible for me career wise, and taught me that I can truly do whatever I put my mind to. After my first summer in Colorado went back to Marquette for school, and after a semester, I had some complications with my living situation and decided to pursue van life full time.

2021-2022

marquette

After a summer of traveling, and with a whole new perspective on what I wanted to study, I enrolled at Northern Michigan University for Outdoor Recreation Leadership & Management with a minor in philosophy. Here I reconnected to a sense of community through the music scene, and deepened my spiritual connection with nature, especially water.

2020-2021

east coast

I graduated high school during Covid-19, and instead of doing college online at Michigan State University where I was enrolled for the fall, I ended up living in my car and traveling the east coast. It was supposed to be a semester delay which turned into a gap year, and during this time I bought a van and converted it to live and travel in seasonally.

2002-2020

rochester, mi

I grew up in the suburbia of Metro Detroit, heavily involved in marching band in high school, and naturally found myself in leadership roles like drum major and linkcrew leader. I graduated with above a 4.0 GPA because of all the AP classes I did... very much an overachiever and perfectionist. And that was all I knew. I was very dedicated to academics, and planned on attending Michigan State University for business, but we know thats not what was meant to happen...
