You Belong Here.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are worthy and whole. You are right where you belong, and this earth is inviting you to deepen into your knowing of who you are. May you know this in your own bones, and feel it in your own soul. If not yet, heres some FAQ's.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is somatic healing, and how is it different from traditional talk therapy or massage?

Somatic healing focuses on the body’s felt sense—tuning into physical sensations, breath, movement, and the nervous system. Unlike talk therapy, it works through the body rather than around it, and unlike massage, it invites awareness and transformation from within, not just relaxation.

What can I expect during a 1-on-1 session?

Each session is uniquely tailored. We may use a blend of intuitive bodywork, breathwork, energy balancing, guided movement, and sound healing. The goal is to support nervous system regulation, deepen embodiment, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom.

Do I need experience with any of these practices to begin?

Not at all! All offerings are beginner-friendly and accessible. Whether you’re brand new to somatic work or deep into your healing journey, you’ll be met exactly where you are.

How is this work grounded in science?

I integrate principles from neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and anatomy alongside ancient practices like tantra, breathwork, and energy work. It’s all about making the mystical feel real—backed by both research and embodied results.

I’m not “spiritual.” Is this still for me?

Absolutely. You don’t need to believe in chakras or energy to benefit from breath, movement, and body awareness. This work is about helping you feel safe and empowered in your body—no belief system required.

What legal right do you have to offer this work?

I am a Licensed Holistic Practitioner and insured practitioner, which gives me the legal foundation to offer holistic health services, including bodywork, breathwork, and somatic-based practices. I operate under professional licensing and liability coverage and offer my workshops to members of the Private Wellness Association (PWA), ensuring legal and ethical integrity in everything I offer.
